As time has drifted by, memories of my childhood daily diary have become just that- a memory. My childhood diary was always used as an outlet for my negative experiences that I felt could be kept secret. There was at least a few times that I'm aware of that my diary was ready by others without permission. I felt violated.
Due to recent experiences, I want to have an open-book diary. One that is full of positives instead of negatives. A diary that has no shame if read by outsiders.
Thanks to the wonderful world of Myspace, I have made a true and very close online friend Lisa. After months of reading Grateful Lisa's The Thanks Ranks Blog and listening to her blogtalkradio show, I am now a self proclaimed copy cat. Lisa in addition to my husband, has inspired me to be more proactive in creating and sustaining a more positive life.
Soooooo.... a big "THANK YOU!!!" to Lisa, my husband and to myself.
P.S. It certainly didn't hurt to watch The Secret!

You're welcome, Kirsten! Congrats on your blog's launch. You've inspired me. Living greener is something about which I've felt convicted for some time. While I've done some things in fits and starts, now I've got all the more reason to, "get my green in gear". :-) Our children are counting on us. Looking forward to being a faithful reader. Cheers!
