Dorky... I know. :) Thanks to a long-ago-introduced daily email, Vital Juice Daily, you are now being passed forward an in depth education on eggs. Until today, I honestly didn't know the difference between Grade A and Grade AA. The NY Times article shared by VJD tells all that and more.... like exactly how the birds are raised and how that applies to labels such as "organic."
